Situated in the neighborhood at the base of Price Hill, this development is a scattered sites project encompassing 10 renovations of existing historic buildings, as well as one new construction facility in collaboration with Over-the-Rhine Community Housing and New Republic Architecture.
The full scope of work includes 43 low income 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom and efficiency units and 2 new commercial spaces, totaling over 64,000 sq ft. Several buildings are pursuing historic tax credits, and all buildings are pursuing low-income housing tax credits.
