DBL Law is an established firm with 65 years of history and community connections in Northern Kentucky. Stifled by their previous location, where they were spread across multiple buildings, they chose to move back to their roots in Covington. The Monarch Building provided the perfect home, marrying the historic with the contemporary. DBL brought us on to the project for interior design services with hopes of creating a highly functional space that met their evolving needs while incorporating their brand and personality.

Spread over four floors, the new office provides a variety of workspace ranging from private offices to open touchdown worktables. The conference rooms are individualized with custom graphics of historic landmarks across Northern Kentucky and all public spaces showcase works of local artists. The bulk of the top floor was designed as an entertainment space, where the firm and larger community can gather for events. The remaining three and a half floors provide ample space for DBL’s growing team.
