The Broadway Square Phase 1 project is a scattered-site, mixed use redevelopment of multiple historic properties in the Pendleton neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine. The project consists of 12 buildings containing 70 market rate residential apartments, and 12,000 sf of commercial space.
The project was a major part of the ongoing transformation of the Pendleton neighborhood, and the development now includes restaurants, cafes and offices, helping to bring new life to the area. The new residential apartments offer a variety of sizes and layouts, catering to a variety of tenants, and helping to bring both single renters and families to this diverse neighborhood.
The project received both State and Federal historic tax credits, and LEED certification.
